For all booking made with a flight offer, a second non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person is required 8 months prior to the date of departure. Failure to pay the deposit at 8 months prior to the date of departure shall result in the flight offer being removed from your booking and an Air Credit being applied instead. If your travel date is in less than 8 months prior to departure date, the second non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person is due at the time of booking. Scenic reserves the right to ticket the airfare upon receipt of the second deposit. Once flight have been booked, the flight tickets are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable. Full airline terms and conditions apply at all times. Port charges and taxes are included and vary by itinerary. Flexible Booking Policy: To ensure guests can book with confidence, for all new bookings Scenic Group are including a Flexible Booking Policy which allows guests to defer travel and transfer to an alternate departure or itinerary or cancel up to 60 days prior to travel, with no Scenic Group fees (3rd party fees may apply). For cancellations, the value of the booking will be applied as a Future Travel Credit (FTC) which is valid for 24 months. This flexible booking and cancellation policy excludes Russia. Please note, final payment due date will remain as per booking conditions; however, this flexible policy allows changes to be made up to 60 days prior to travel. Deposit Protection Plan offer is not available for bookings using a Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours Future Travel Credit. Complimentary Deposit Protection Plan offer valued at $125 per person is only applicable to new non-future travel credit bookings only. Where You cancel a tour or cruise prior to the invoiced final Payment Date, and the Deposit Protection Plan applies, We will hold Your deposit, less any third party cancellation and/or administrative fees incurred by Us, for Our tour products only, (i.e. not products provided by third parties such as air travel), then We will credit the remainder of the deposit towards an alternative tour product, if You book within 24 months of cancellation. If Your tour or cruise is suspended the terms and conditions of the suspension will be applicable to Your booking and the cost of the DPP and all funds being held will be moved into a Future Travel Credit. The DPP is not combinable with any other exceptional discounts or offers, that may be promoted at the time You pay Your deposit. If You do not rebook within 24 months, or utilise all of Your Deposit, it will be forfeited. If You have booked a tour with an applicable Fly Deal or other Earlybird Offer, any airline cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit amount if flights have been ticketed. The Deposit Protection Plan does not, nor is it intended to, replace travel insurance. Policy is effective for new bookings made from June 29 2021. Not applicable inside 90 days to departure. The Deposit Protection Plan is not available on Russian cruises and Russian cruise tours. Any maps or other route depictions are intended as an indication only and are subject to change.
