Scenic must book flights all flights, and flights will be on airline and routing of Scenic’s choice. Where Business Class flights are not available, flights will be in Economy Class. Flights are from major airports only. Guests flying from smaller/regional airports will incur surcharges. A second non-refundable deposit of $4,500pp (total) (101R280322, 101S101122, 101S091222) or $3,000pp (total) (401U050922, 501U190922, 101C280922, X21C111022, X11L211022, X21L291022) is due 8 months prior to departure (if less than 8 months prior to departure, second deposit is due at time of booking). Purchased air for first passenger, plus any flight upgrades/surcharges for second passenger must be paid in full at time of flight ticketing. Flights are non-refundable and non-transferrable once booked. Name changes are not permitted. Flights can be booked from 11 months to departure, and should be booked no later than 6 months to departure. If guests do not wish to take the flight offer, they may take a $2,500pp (101R280322, 101S101122, 101S091222) or $2,000pp (401U050922, 501U190922, 101C280922, X21C111022, X11L211022, X21L291022) Scenic Savings Discount in lieu of the flight offer. If guests do not make their second deposit payment by 8 months to departure, the flight offer will be removed and the Scenic Savings discount will be applied in lieu of the offer.
Super Earlybird offer of up to 20% saving is based on a combination of the 10% Earlybird Cruise Fare offer and 10% Pay In Full offer and is valid for new bookings until October 31, 2021. Super Earlybird offers are based on per person, twin share in CAD. All offers are strictly limited, available on select departure dates and suites, not combinable with other offers, and subject to availability until sold out. Super Earlybird offers are available on all cabins, excluding categories D, DA, and OP. Super Earlybird offers are for new bookings only and not available for bookings using a Future Travel Credit (FTC) Voucher. Full payment is due 12 months prior to departure for Super Earlybird Offers to apply. For voyages booked within 12 months of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Once sold out or if full payment is not received the standard Earlybird Fare will apply. Savings are based on cruise content and cabin upgrade only, excluding port charges, air, and any other additional items.
Flexible Booking Policy: To ensure guests can book with confidence, for all new 2022 bookings Scenic Group are including a Flexible Booking Policy which allows guests to defer travel and transfer to an alternate departure or itinerary or cancel up to 60 days prior to travel, with no Scenic Group fees (3rd party fees may apply). For cancellations, the value of the booking will be applied as a Future Travel Credit (FTC) which is valid for 24 months. This flexible booking and cancellation policy excludes South America land touring. Please note, final payment due date will remain as per booking conditions; however, this flexible policy allows changes to be made up to 60 days prior to travel.
Deposit Protection Plan is provided at a cost of $250 per person per cruise: Where you cancel a tour or cruise prior to the invoiced final Payment Date, and the Deposit Protection Plan applies, We will hold Your deposit, less any third party cancellation and/or administrative fees incurred by Us, for Our tour products only, (i.e. not products provided by third parties such as air travel), then We will credit the remainder of the deposit towards an alternative tour product, if You book within 24 months of cancellation. The DPP is not combinable with any other exceptional discounts or offers, that may be promoted at the time You pay Your deposit. If You do not rebook within 24 months, or utilise all of Your Deposit, it will be forfeited. If You have booked a tour with an applicable Fly Deal or other Earlybird offer, any airline cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit amount if flights have been ticketed. The Deposit Protection Plan does not, nor is it intended to, replace travel insurance.
