Day 1 | Highlights: Welcome reception

Welcome to vibrant Vietnam. Settle into a special two night stay at your iconic hotel. Please arrive at the hotel before 5pm.

Day 2 | Hanoi Highlights: Freechoice; Enrich: Water puppets

Visit the History Museum and Hoa Lu Prison, or stroll through the bustling local markets to buy ingredients for an authentic cooking class. Alternatively, cycle along the Red River or visit Ho Chi Minh Quarter and Mausoleum, including a visit to the Temple of Literature.

Day 3 | Hanoi > Halong Bay Cruise Highlights: Au Co Cruise

Journey to Halong Bay and board the elegant Au Co for an awe-inspiring special two night cruise through the picturesque waters of this spectacular World Heritage-listed icon.  Stop for a swim and other water activities at Ban Chan Beach before partaking in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.  After Happy Hour and a signature 5 star gourmet dinner, try your hand at some squid fishing.

Day 4 | Halong Bay Cruise Highlights: Enrich: Fairy Cave dinner

Begin the day with a Tai Chi lesson on the Sun Deck. Later visit Sung Sot Cave. Later try your hand at some kayaking and then soak up the amazing views whilst cruising around Bai Tu Long Bay during an extended happy hour at the Lan Ha Bar. Tonight feast on your BBQ buffet.

Day 5 | Halong Bay Cruise > Hanoi > Siem Reap Highlights: Freechoice Dining

After your morning Tai Chi, visit Vung Vieng fishing village by traditional bamboo boat. Return to Tuan Chau, disembark and commence your drive back to Hanoi for your flight to Siem Reap. Be greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival at your hotel, your special stay for the next three nights.

Day 6 | Siem Reap Highlights: Enrich: Angkor restoration talk

Begin the day with a visit Preah Khan and Ta Prohm temples.

Learn about an initiative that trains local Cambodian archaeologists who will in time take over the ongoing maintenance of the temples.

Visit Angkor Thom, the multi-faced Bayon Temple and the Elephant Terrace before stopping at Angkor Wat for those beautiful afternoon photos.

Freechoice Dining: Choose between local Khmer cuisine at Chanrey Tree or French Fusion at Sokkhak River.

Take your VIP seat at the colourful Cambodian Circus, Phare.

Day 7 | Siem Reap Highlights: Enrich: Sunrise Angkor Wat; Apsara Temple dinner

Marvel at sunrise over the magnificent Angkor Wat with a glass of champagne. Afterwards explore the temple before taking an included tethered balloon ride for incredible aerial views.

Day 8 | Siem Reap > Mekong Cruise Highlights: Khmer bridge; Welcome reception

Drive to Kampong Cham with stops at the ancient Khmer bridge at Kampong Kdei, Kampong Thom and a stone cutters village. Next stop is the luxurious Scenic Spirit.

Day 9 | Wat Hanchey > Kampong Cham Highlights: Wat Nokor

Meet the young novice monks at Wat Hanchey. Sail to Kampong Cham where you visit Phnom Pros (Man Hill), explore the ecotourism village of Cheung Kok and Wat Nokor.

Day 10 | Oudong > Kampong Tralach > Kho Chen Highlights: Enrich: Monk blessing

After arriving at Prek K'dam, board your coach to the ancient capital of Oudong to visit the mountain stupas, pagoda and monastery.

Day 11 | Phnom Penh Highlights: Enrich: High tea and puppet show

Journey to the Killing Fields and tour Tuol Sleng, or take a guided tour of the local food market before joining a Khmer cooking demonstration. Alternatively, explore by Tuk Tuk Phnom Penh’s colonial buildings and the Russian Market.

Day 12 | Phnom Penh > Tan Chau Highlights: Border crossing; Gala ball

Relax during a full day of cruising as you cross the border into Vietnam. Make use of the ship’s luxury and take the time to enjoy a cocktail by the pool or appreciate some solitude on your private balcony. Tonight is your themed gala ball.

Day 13 | Tan Chau Highlights: Freechoice

Stay in Tan Chau and visit Evergreen Island and the local Cao Dai Temple with a ride in a cyclo. Alternatively choose from two options which cruise by speedboat to Chau Doc. Visit a family-operated fish farm before walking through a Cham village and taking a cyclo ride or visit Tra Su Bird Sanctuary, Cham Mountain and a local Khmer village.

Day 14 | Sa Dec > Cai Be Highlights: Sa Dec markets; Freechoice

Immerse yourself in the historic town of Sa Dec and explore the lively market, visit the home of Mr Huynh Thuy Le who inspired Marguerite Duras’ novel L’Amant and visit the Fuijian Chinese temple.

Day 15 | Mekong Cruise > Ho Chi Minh City Highlights: Discover Ho Chi Minh City

Depart My Tho and drive to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival enjoy a leisurely walk around Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House and Central Post Office; take in the view from the Bietexco Building lookout before relaxing at your historic hotel for the next two nights

Day 16 | Ho Chi Minh City Highlights: Enrich: Cu Chi Tunnels; Freechoice

Explore the Cu Chi Tunnels with a Vietnam War Veteran.

Day 17 | Ho Chi Minh City Highlights: Farewell

Depart with many cherished memories.
