  1. Day 1 - Calgary > Banff

    Welcome to the Canadian Rockies, where your journey of wonder begins. Upon arrival into Calgary, transfer to Banff where you’ll meet your Tour Director and fellow travellers. Feel like royalty as you check in for a two-night Special Stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs, the ‘Castle in the Rockies’. Tonight, enjoy a sumptuous welcome dinner.

  2. Day 2 - Banff

    You’re sure to be swept away by Banff National Park, the first national park established in Canada and a coveted World Heritage-listed Site.

    Ride the Banff Gondola and take in the magnificent views or take a helicopter flight.

    Head out at dusk on a unique wildlife spotting experience in search of Banff’s magnificent beast including deer, elk, caribou and the elusive Grizzly bear.

  3. Day 3 - Banff > Lake Louise

  4. Day 4 - Lake Louise

  5. Day 5 - Rocky Mountaineer > Kamloops

    The Rocky Mountaineer is one of the most iconic rail journeys in the world. You’ll relish your two days of GoldLeaf Service as you travel through the Rocky Mountains in luxurious comfort. Enjoy this ultimate treat for the senses, as you carve through the otherwise inaccessible terrain of the Rocky Mountains. Gaze in awe through the glass-dome windows as you soak up the magnificent scenery stretching as far as the eye can see.   6. Day 6 - Rocky Mountaineer > Vancouver

    View the confluence of the Fraser and Thompson rivers from your glass-dome carriage. Rocky Mountaineer is renowned for the delicious cuisine prepared on board. Savour the delectable delights and sip on local wine or beer as you soak up the magnificent scenery stretching as far as the eye can see. Later today, arrive into Vancouver and your hotel for the next two-nights.

  7. Day 7 - Vancouver

    Absorb the tranquillity of Capilano Suspension Bridge Park as it opens early, exclusively for Scenic guests. Wander among the glistening morning dew of the rainforest, before the crowds arrive. Later explore the many and varied sights and sounds of Vancouver during a city sightseeing tour.

  8. Day 8 - Vancouver > Victoria

    A ferry takes you across Georgia Strait enroute to Vancouver Island.  On arrival continue to the charming city of Victoria, the oldest city in western Canada and the capital of British Columbia. Enjoy an exclusive two-night Special Stay at Victoria’s iconic The Fairmont Empress.

  9. Day 9 - Victoria > Butchart Gardens

    Explore the spectacular Butchart Gardens, discover its 100 year old history and 900 varieties of plants.  Freechoice: Indulge in afternoon tea at The Fairmont Empress or explore Victoria on a walking tour. 

    Tonight, join your Tour Director and fellow adventurers for a celebratory farewell dinner as you prepare for the next part of your journey.

  10. Day 10 - Victoria > Vancouver

    Today, we bid a fond farewell to Victoria as we make our way to Vancouver. A world of wonder awaits as you step on board and raise your glass to toast the start of your luxurious cruise.

  11. Day 11 - Victoria

    Victoria may be many kilometres from Great Britain, but it has the most British vibe. Between visiting flower gardens and castles and stopping at pubs, one could easily forget about the Pacific Ocean lapping the other side of Vancouver Island. The influence of the First Nations culture is also strong, with totem poles taking a front-and-centre position on the Inner Harbour.

  12. Day 12 - Seattle, USA

    Seattle, a city on Puget Sound, is surrounded by water, mountains and evergreen forests, and home to thousands of acres of parkland. It is no wonder Seattle is known as the “Emerald City” due to the year-round greenery. Seattle has much to offer, from major sports teams, arts and culture to the thriving metropolitan skyline accented by the iconic Space Needle, a symbol of innovation.

    With Victorian-era homes etched into the hills overlooking the Columbia River, this picturesque settlement (the oldest west of the Rockies) is a port city with a Scandinavian flavour. Astoria is home to the Lewis and Clark National Historical park, not only offering an abundance of Wildlife, untouched rainforests and stunning vista but also uncovering the history of America's most famous explorers.

  15. Day 15 - Eureka

    Eureka is the largest deep-water port between San Francisco and Coos Bay. Eureka once played a major role in the historic west coast lumber trade and is home to hundreds of significant Victorian-era homes, including the nationally recognised, ‘grandest Victorian home in America’, the Carson Mansion. Eureka is nestled between towering mountains and is bordered by the Humboldt Bay, providing access to imposing coastal redwoods. Some of the world's tallest trees are featured in Redwood National & State Parks.

From cultural revolutions of the counterculture movement to the manic gold rush of the 1848, San Francisco has shaped it all.

Called the American Riviera, Santa Barbara is a place where food, art, history, fashion and sunshine mix to create a delightful and refreshing experience. The Santa Ynez Mountains create a stunning backdrop, while the colonial buildings with a Spanish influence give the city a Mediterranean feel. Santa Barbara offers urban wineries for the wine aficionados, an abundance of wildlife at the national parks for the naturalists, and a rich cultural legacy from America's first settlers for the culture enthusiasts.

  19. Day 19 - San Diego

    Your cruise ends this morning in San Diego as you farewell your crew. Disembark after breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight homeward.
