You’ll even cross the Arctic Circle. Combined with culinary explorations in the Okanagan Valley and immersive Indigenous-inspired experiences from the Squamish and Lil’wat Nations. 25 Day Itinerary

  1. Day 1 - Victoria

    Your journey into wonder begins in Victoria on Vancouver Island. The city’s British colonial past shows in its Victorian architecture and colourful gardens. Enjoy an exclusive two-night Special Stay at Victoria’s iconic The Fairmont Empress. Tonight celebrate at a welcome dinner with your travel companions and Scenic Tour Director.

    Please book your flight to arrive into Victoria prior to 05:00 PM.

  2. Day 2 - Victoria > Butchart Gardens

    Visit the spectacular Butchart Gardens as it opens early and spend time discovering the gardens’ reaches.

    Look out for Orcas on a whale watching cruise by Zodiac or cruise boat. Alternatively, enjoy a scenic floatplane flight or indulge in an “Eat like a Canadian” walking tour.

  3. Day 3 - Victoria > Whistler

    After breakfast drive to Whistler. Stop at the Malahat Skywalk. Ascend the spiral wooden ramp leading up to a 31-metre viewing deck for sweeping views over sea inlets and mountains. Later cross Georgia Strait by ferry and continue to Whistler.

    Join renowned black bear expert researcher Michael Allen for an enlightening session about these extraordinary creatures.

    Tonight, visit the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre where two nations came together to celebrate and share their cultures. Feast on an Indigenous-inspired menu while cultural ambassadors in regalia from the Squamish and Lil’wat Nations share songs and stories throughout.

    Settle in for a two-night stay at the Pan Pacific Village Centre. Located within the village the award-winning, all-suite hotel has it all.

  4. Day 4 - Whistler

    Whistler is an outdoor adventure playground. You might choose to soar above Whistler on a helicopter flight, enjoy the view by Zipline or Peak 2 Peak Gondola or take a mountain adventure tour.  Remainder of day at leisure to explore this magnetic alpine village.

  5. Day 5 - Whistler > Kelowna

    Drive from Whistler to Kelowna along the scenic Duffey Lake Road offering sublime lake and river views. Travel to Lillooet, a historical town on the road of the old Gold Rush. Arrive in Kelowna located In the Okanagan Valley, home to wineries, orchards and farms. Two night stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort.

  6. Day 6 - Okanagan Valley

    Experience the Okanagan’s vibrant culinary scene, enjoy tantalizing foods and connect with sights and culture along the way.  First stop Kelowna Farmers and Crafters Markets where you will find local artisans, farmers, producers and crafters all eager to share their special contribution to the Okanagan lifestyle.  Visit some of the region’s most innovative farms and wineries and sample their produce. Feast on a delectable “farm to fork” outdoor lunch amongst the apple trees.

  7. Day 7 - Okanagan Valley > Banff

    Before departing Kelowna this morning we check out the amazing murals of the Uptown Mural Project. Home to 14 large-scale outdoor murals which have been created by local, national, and international artists. Stop at the stunning Emerald Lake.  Settle in for a three night stay at the rustic Buffalo Mountain Lodge featuring epic northern vistas.

  8. Day 8 - Banff

    Today, be as relaxed or as active as you wish.  Whichever activity you choose, you’re sure to be swept away by Banff National Park.

  9. Day 9 - Lake Louise

    Visit the famous “Diamond in the Wilderness”. Spend some time taking in the stunning surroundings then experience the wonderful tradition of Afternoon Tea at the Fairmont Château Lake Louise, whilst you gaze out the floor-to-ceiling windows towards Lake Louise.

  10. Day 10 - Rocky Mountaineer > Kamloops

    Embark on one of the most iconic rail journeys in the world, the Rocky Mountaineer.  Gaze in awe as you wind through mountain passes and dramatic canyons of the Canadian Rockies.   11. Day 11 - Rocky Mountaineer > Vancouver

    Rocky Mountaineer is renowned for the delicious cuisine prepared on board.  Savour the delectable delights and sip on local wine or beer as you soak up the magnificent scenery stretching as far as the eye can see.  Later today, arrive in the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver, where you’ll stay for the next two nights at the stylish boutique OPUS Vancouver.

  12. Day 12 - Vancouver

    Visit Capilano Suspension Bridge Park as it opens early, exclusively for Scenic guests. Wander among the glistening morning dew of the rainforest, before the crowds arrive. Later, a sightseeing tour will showcase Vancouver’s hidden treasures.

  13. Day 13 - Vancouver – Alaskan Cruise

    Today, embark on your luxurious seven night voyage in a Balcony Stateroom on board Princess Cruises.

    Within Prince William Sound lies College Fjord and its collection of glaciers, some reaching forty storeys high. Celebrate the end of your cruise with a farewell dinner.

    Visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Centre, then enjoy a jet boat ride before your stay at Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge.
