Beginning in beautiful Budapest, you’ll cruise along the spectacular Danube, Main and Rhine Rivers to Amsterdam. Your 5-star luxury Space-Ship provides the ultimate floating hotel from which to explore this historic wonderland. After visiting the vibrant city of Amsterdam you’ll be flown to Lyon where your great French river sojourn commences. Sample the best of Burgundy and cruise along the lovely Saône River. Head south on the Rhône River to explore castles, national parks and medieval villages before an exclusive gala dinner and concert within the magnificent Pope’s Palace in the famous city of Avignon.

    Your journey into wonder begins here. Relax and raise your glass to the days ahead at this evening’s welcome reception.

    Make the most of Budapest with a guided tour of this city of contradictory delights, or relax and unwind at the Thermal Baths and Spa. Alternatively, you can choose to experience the labyrinths of the Hospital in the Rock, a relic of WWII and the 1956 uprising.

  3. Day 3 - Vienna

    As you cruise the mighty Danube relax in one of the lounges and viewing areas, and enjoy the scenery as your Scenic Space-Ship sails towards the majestic city of Vienna.

  5. Day 5 - Dürnstein > Melk

  6. Day 6 - Passau > Salzburg

  7. Day 7 - Regensburg

    At the confluence of three rivers, Regensburg offers a rich tapestry of experiences, from its medieval Old Town to the Bavarian Forest on its border.

  10. Day 10 - Würzburg

  11. Day 11 - Freudenberg > Tastes of ‘Oktoberfest’

  12. Day 12 - Rüdesheim > Rhine Gorge > Marksburg Castle

    Immerse yourself in charming Rüdesheim and board the Winzerexpress mini train for a guided visit of Siegfried’s Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum. Then enjoy a cable car ride to the Niederwald Monument for a spectacular bird’s eye view of the river.

  17. Day 17 - Tournus > Mâcon

    Freechoice: Experience the magnificent Château de Cormatin, boasting beautiful gardens and water features. Enjoy leisurely cruising to Mâcon this afternoon, or opt for a class in French cuisine in Scenic Culinaire on board. Alternatively, cycle from Tournus to Mâcon and meet the ship there.

  18. Day 18 - Mâcon

  19. Day 19 - Lyon

    Awake today in Lyon, the gastronomic heart of France.

Alternatively, walk the cobblestone paths of yesteryear in the medieval hilltop town of Pérouges.   21. Day 21 - Tournon > Viviers

  22. Day 22 - Viviers > Châteauneuf-du-Pape

  23. Day 23 - Châteauneuf-du-Pape > Avignon

  25. Day 25 - La Camargue

    Choices today include the spectacular La Camargue National Park.

    Freechoice: Enhance your French cooking skills by joining a lesson in Scenic Culinaire. Or take in the wild beauty of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and visit the 60 hectare Parc Ornithologique whilst there. You can also choose to visit the fortified Mediterranean village of Aigues-Mortes.

    This afternoon, relax on the Sun Deck while cruising roundtrip from Tarascon towards the Mediterranean Sea. Tonight, a Camargue gypsy band performs live for your listening pleasure on board.

  26. Day 26 - Tarascon

    The riverside town of Tarascon exudes a charming medieval character.

    Freechoice: Explore the artistic heritage of Arles, and see the striking Arles Arena, or stop in at the pretty hilltop village of Les Baux before touring a charming family-run olive farm to sample their delicious products in a delightful setting. Alternatively, pay a visit to Saint-Rémy and Saint-Paul de Mausole Monastery where Van Gogh was held for a year.

  27. Day 27 - Tarascon > Nice Airport

    All good things end eventually and after enjoying a great breakfast, disembark your Scenic Space-Ship and transfer to Nice Airport. Please book flights to depart after 1pm.
