11 Day Itinerary

  1. Day 1 - Amsterdam

    Let your journey of wonder commence. You will be warmly welcomed by your friendly crew as you embark on your Scenic Space-Ship. Tonight raise your glass at this evening’s welcome reception.

  2. Day 2 - Dordrecht


    Join a knowledgeable local for a guided tour of Rotterdam. A dynamic, international city with a bold and passionately beating heart, Rotterdam is known as the architectural capital of the Netherlands. Or you could choose to explore beautiful Delft before dropping into the pottery factory and museum to discover more about the world-famous Delft Blue Pottery. Alternatively, discover picturesque Kinderdijk, famous for its historic windmills, or visit Gouda, a town synonymous with cheese, and visit its local cheese market that dates back centuries. Alternatively, take an excursion to Leiden, the vibrant university city with its traditional Dutch architecture and artistic heritage. Discover the city’s fascinating history with a local guide, from its link to the Pilgrims who sailed to America on the Mayflower to the birthplace of renowned artist Rembrandt van Rijn.

  3. Day 3 - Veere


    Visit the Delta works, including the famous Storm Surge Barrier, an incredible feat of modern engineering, purpose-built to protect the flooding Delta Plain. Alternatively, you can choose to explore the charming village of Veere, located on a series of regional dykes, with a history that extends all the way back to the 15th century. Or, for something more active, embark on an enjoyable guided cycling tour of Veere and its surroundings. Alternatively, choose to visit an oyster farm for a tour and delicious tasting.

  4. Day 4 - Antwerp


    Let a local expert guide you through Ghent, one of Belgium’s most historic cities with a myriad of medieval buildings and charming canals, or join your local guide on a walking tour through the beautiful city of Antwerp, renowned as the diamond capital of the world. See sights such as the impressive Cathedral of Our Lady, the Medieval fortress and the main square lined with many ornately decorated buildings.

  5. Day 5 - Arnhem


    Explore the Arnhem Airborne Museum and learn about the Battle of Arnhem. The Airborne Experience allows you to follow in the footsteps of the British parachutists who made their way across dangerous terrain to Arnhem in September 1944 or visit the Netherlands Open Air Museum and discover historic houses, farms and windmills. Alternatively, tour Paleis Het Loo, a former Royal Palace that now houses a museum, or visit the Gardens of Appeltern, home to over 200 inspirational gardens. From the sustainable to the colourful, enjoy walking through these incredible gardens at your leisure.

  6. Day 6 - Hoorn


    Visit the Veldzicht Hoeve cheese Farm, here you will meet the family that owns and runs it. During your tour you will learn about their passion for energy neutral and sustainable dairy farming as well as how their delicious Beemster cheese is produced, or discover Hoorn with a local guide and be immersed into the local life while tasting fine regional cheese and seafood. Alternatively, you can choose to explore Hoorn by bike, or perhaps discover the long held family secrets to making traditional apple pie with a cooking class hosted by a local, while learning about life in this region. Or if you are feeling a little more adventurous, sail into open waters on a Tall Ship sailing experience.


    A special experience awaits as you’ll be treated to a choir performance in the 17th century Dutch reformed church of Oosterkerk.

  7. Day 7 - Amsterdam

    Discover Keukenhof Gardens, complete with over seven million flowering bulbs.

  8. Day 8 - Amsterdam > Bruges

    Depart Amsterdam after breakfast and travel to Bruges, the historic Flemish city that was founded in the 9th century by the Vikings. Upon arrival you will check into your hotel.

  9. Day 9 - Bruges

    This morning you will have the pleasure of exploring the beautifully preserved medieval centre with your local guide. Meander through the cobbled laneways that reveal charming town squares, see sights such as the Belfry of Bruges, the medieval bell tower, and enjoy a tasting of local Belgian beer while learning about the fascinating history of this ancient town.

  10. Day 10 - Bruges

    Enjoy this fabulous city at your leisure. Perhaps wander along the romantic canals crossing some of the 80 plus bridges of the city, some dating back to medieval times. If you’re feeling active, climb the 366 steps of the Belfry Tower for sweeping views across the city or indulge in some of the local specialities such as the famed Belgian waffles and chocolates.

  11. Day 11 - Bruges

    After breakfast, farewell beautiful Bruges, taking with you many wonderful memories. 

    Please book your flight to depart out of Brussels after 11:00 AM.
