Helicopters are not operational in South Georgia, Svalbard, Greenland, Indonesia, Japan, France and the UK/Scotland. The Submersible is not operational in The Kimberley, Northern Territory, Indonesia, New Zealand, Svalbard, France, Spain and US waters.
